On the private island of Fænø in the northern part of the Little Belt lies Fænøgård. In combination with the nature of the island, the setting provides a contemporary interpretation of a traditional manor estate environment. Fænø Gods, owned by the Skouboe family, also owns Henne Kirkeby Kro—an internationally acclaimed gourmet restaurant. Thus, on Fænø, guests can relax in peace and be indulged with gastronomic experiences far beyond the ordinary, provided by the staff from Henne Kirkeby Kro (www.hennekirkebykro.dk).

Accommodation
Fænø Gods offers 11 double rooms. In addition, scattered across the island—amid nature—are the estate’s four individually designed guest houses, each with its own unique character: the hunting lodge Bakkehuset, the high-ceilinged Skovløkken, the island’s restored and still functioning lighthouse from 1900, and Smedehuset with views over the Little Belt.
