Christmas is a great time to enjoy the cosy Christmas atmosphere in Middelfart’s streets, shops, cafés and restaurants.
Christmas is a time when you can enjoy the many Christmas lights that adorn the streets, eat roasted almonds at Christmas markets and feel the calm and cosy atmosphere beside the Little Belt. Santa Claus comes sailing to Middelfart, while other Santas compete in the Santa Claus race. If you fancy experiencing a somewhat different Christmas exhibition, visit the Gingerbread Town at Middelfart Museum, where about 80 gingerbread houses - all small miniatures of Middelfart buildings and landmarks, are on display. The cold winter months also invite visitors to the Festival of Lights and the Strib Winter Festival.
