Fønsvang Sø (Lake)
Føns Vang lake was recreated in 2005 after part of Gamborg Fjord had been drained for 145 years.
Fønsvang lake, the second largest lake on Funen, is a favourite haunt of many wading birds. You can often see a white-tailed eagle circling over the lake – and if you are lucky, you might spot a kingfisher from the bird tower.
